Question

My dog has always been calm, but she's been sleeping so much lately that I'm a little concerned. She was diagnosed with Lymes, but it was treated. I'm wondering if the sleeping could be related to that, or if maybe something else is going on with her. Doea anyone have an idea of how long do dogs sleep in an average day?

I have read that most dogs can sleep up to 13 or 14 hours a day. Is she sleeping more than that? When she is awake, is she happy and active?

I don't think she is, and she does seem to ne happy and stuff when she's awake.

In that case, she is probably fine, but if you notice anything else, I would call your vet. You might want to make a call and just let them know what is going on with your dog.
