How can I tell if my dog is pregnant? She ran away, and now, four weeks later, she's definitely looking heavy. She was never spayed. I know I could take her to the vet, but honestly, I feel kind of stupid. Is there any way I can tell at home before I take her?

 decreased appetite, a sudden decrease in activity, nipple growth, and behavioral changes
